About the role

- Grow your knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive, full-time training and ongoing development
- Be the first point of contact face to face and over the telephone, providing support, guidance and reassurance.
- Confidently navigate multiple systems while delivering engaging, high-quality conversations with members.
- Understand individual needs and offer tailored solutions
- Work alongside a supportive, motivated team that encourages collaboration and celebrates success
- Meet compliance requirements set by regulatory standards

This is a fulltime permanent position,



working between Monday-Friday:8.45am-5.15pm

About you

We’re looking for adaptable customer service and sales professionals who bring:

- Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, both individually and as part of a team
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- Empathy and resilience when supporting members through challenging situations
- Available to work required shifts including weekends
- Full Australian working rights
