As the first point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and referrers. You will work alongside radiologists, sonographers, and radiographers to ensure a smooth flow of front desk and administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

Greeting and assisting patients in a qualified and friendly manner

Answering phone calls and managing patient enquiries

Booking and scheduling appointments (training provided)

Processing patient registrations and data entry

Managing payments and cash handling

Supporting clinical staff with administrative needs

Other reception and office duties as required

About you

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for customer service and strong organisational skills. You will be confident working in a fast-paced medical environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
