Roers Companies in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help connect residents with their recent homes and communities. You will assist in leasing, marketing, tours, and day-to-day property operations.
The role requires at least 1 year of leasing or assistant PM experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resident relations. A Yardi background and proficiency in Word and Excel are preferred.
