Love being organised? We want you on our team

At Burger Urge, we're passionate about great food, bold ideas and doing things differently. Behind every great venue is a team of people keeping things running smoothly — and that's where you come in

We're looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our Development Team.

If you're someone who loves ticking things off a to-do list, keeping everything in order and being the person others can rely on, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the role

Reporting to our Facilities & Project Manager, you'll provide essential day-to-day administrative support to our Development Team.

This is a hands-on administration role where you'll help keep our records, documents and systems organised, accurate and up to date.

Your day-to-day will include:

Preparing, formatting and maintaining documents, reports, correspondence and presentations.

Keeping electronic files, spreadsheets and registers organised and up to date.

Entering and updating information in Monday.com and other internal systems.

Assisting with invoice processing, purchase order paperwork and basic financial administration.

Helping with meeting invitations, agendas and general office administration.

Filing and maintaining important business documents and records.

Checking information for accuracy and completeness.

Providing general administrative assistance to the Development Team.

About you

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a outstanding eye for detail and genuinely enjoys administration.

You'll bring:

Previous experience in an administration, office support or similar role.

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines.

A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to learn.

A reliable, professional approach and a genuine team-player mindset.

You don't need experience in construction, property or facilities. If you've got strong administration skills and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

Why join Burger Urge?

We're not your typical corporate business. Burger Urge is an ambitious Australian hospitality brand with a passionate team and a personality of its own.

Here's what makes this opportunity appealing:

$70,000 + superannuation — a competitive package for an administration-focused position.

Variety in your day — a broad administration role supporting different functions within our Development Team.

A supportive team — work alongside experienced professionals who value accuracy, reliability and teamwork.

An interesting industry — gain exposure to the behind-the-scenes operations of a recognised hospitality brand.

A chance to learn — build your knowledge and administrative skills in a dynamic business.

Ready to join the team?

If you're an admin superstar who loves being organised, enjoys helping others and wants to be part of a brand that does things a little differently, we'd love to meet you.

Apply now and tell us why you'd be a great addition to the Burger Urge team
