Monks is seeking a motivated IT Office Support Specialist for our Sydney office. You will be the on-site contact for technical issues, supporting Mac/Windows environments, printers, and meeting room tech while maintaining organized IT operations.
You will work with the Global IT team to manage assets, deploy applications, handle FreshService tickets, and deliver exceptional in-person user support with solid communication and independence.
