Bluefin Resources Pty in Sydney is seeking a senior Change Lead to drive a university-wide transformation, shaping governance, risk and compliance for a large, matrixed organisation.
You will own the end-to-end change management approach, lead a dedicated team, and partner with program sponsors and senior stakeholders to ensure adoption of current processes, operating models and supporting technology across faculties, divisions and corporate functions. Contract through to 30 June 2027.
