Junior/Mid Junior/Mid Bookkeeper is expected to confidently manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and core reconciliations with accuracy and consistency.

Junior Bookkeeper Key responsibilities include :

- Bank reconciliations
- Invoice entry
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Sales journals and sales entry
- Supplier batch payment preparation
- Debtor reconciliations
- Clearing account reconciliations
- Inter-entity loan account reconciliations
- Basic payroll processing
- Leave entitlement reconciliations, including LSL
- Prepayments
- Income and expense accrual management

Mid-Level Bookkeeper Key responsibilities include :

- Stock and inventory reconciliations
- BAS and GST reconciliations




- IAS and wage reconciliations
- FBT reconciliations
- Payroll tax reconciliations
- Long service leave reconciliations
- STP reconciliations
- Profit and loss reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations

Senior Bookkeeper operates at an advanced level, taking full ownership of core financial processes including bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and compliance. This role reflects a highly experienced professional capable of managing complex financial data, ensuring accuracy, and providing guidance to the broader team. In addition to core bookkeeping responsibilities, key duties include:

- End-to-end ownership of month-end reconciliation processes
- Detailed review of profit and loss statements and balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversight of compliance obligations, including BAS, GST, IAS, STP, payroll tax, and FBT
- Investigation, resolution, and correction of complex reconciliation discrepancies
- Mentoring and supporting junior bookkeeping staff to build capability and consistency
- Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Ensuring all bookkeeping records are accurate, compliant, and fully prepared for accountant review

This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity while contributing to continuous improvement within the finance function and engaging with clients providing support.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
