About the Role : As our Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of Geely’s growth in the Sydney market. You’ll lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic plans, and build strong relationships with customers. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a global brand in a local market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong dealer and customer relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand awareness
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management
What We’re Looking For :
- Proven experience in automotive sales management
- Solid leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of the Sydney EV automotive market is a plus
