A leading wholesale fruit and vegetable supplier based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs is seeking a motivated individual to join our expanding team in the role of Picker/Packer and Delivery Driver .
With extensive family experience and long-standing relationships within the hospitality industry, our company has established itself as a market leader in supplying premium produce throughout Victoria.
Operating six days a week, we utilise our company-owned refrigerated fleet to deliver high-quality produce across Melbourne. Our delivery drivers are responsible for assembling and packing their own orders, loading vehicles, and completing deliveries , maintaining full quality control and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
Working Hours : Early morning shifts (commencing between 12:00am and 2:00am) and concluding before midday. Days : Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday shifts available.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and load customer orders into delivery vehicles.
- Conduct deliveries on assigned routes in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with general warehouse operations, including stock management and team support as required.
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent driving ability and safe work practices.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Physically fit and able to lift items up to 20kg.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and follow direction.

Requirements :
- Current Australian car licence (automatic or manual).
- Own transport to the depot.
- Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Prior fruit and vegetable industry experience preferred but not essential.

Pay: $69,000.00 - $80,644.00 per year
