Pastry Chef / Pastry Cook — Baking & Cake Decorating

Dello Mano is looking for a Pastry Chef or experienced Pastry Cook with baking skills and, preferably, cake decorating experience to join the West End team. You will work in a calm, organised pastry kitchen alongside a talented senior pastry chef who is approachable and enthusiastic about sharing knowledge. As a small family business, everyone's contribution is visible and valued.

Key responsibilities

Bake brownies, cakes and other handmade products

Prepare fillings, ganaches and pastry components

Decorate and finish cakes, depending on your skills and experience

Follow established recipes and maintain consistent quality

Help organise and complete daily production

Keep your workspace clean and follow food safety procedures

Support your teammates across the kitchen

About you

Practical experience in professional baking or pastry production

Cake decorating skills, preferably, or an interest in developing them

Care and attention to detail

Reliability and good organisational habits

A friendly, considerate approach to working with others

A willingness to learn,



ask questions and share knowledge

Respect for ingredients and care in handling products

Relevant pastry qualifications are valued, as is robust practical experience
