- **:Venue Manager

Oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experiences, and team efficiency. Responsible for staff management, service standards, venue presentation, and ensuring all functions and events run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and lead front-of-house staff, including rostering, training, and performance management




- Ensure high standards of customer service and venue presentation at all times
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and events teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor venue compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support delivery of functions and events, including setup, service, and pack down
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Work closely with the marketing and events teams to support promotions and activations

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in a similar management role within hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- RSA and RSG certifications (as required by local law)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
