- The Senior Learning Consultant roleis responsible for designing, developing and delivering high quality, fit for purpose learning experiences which enhance individual and organisational performance.

- Reporting to a Team Leader, you will:





- Create and execute learning solutions that facilitate and enhance individual and organisational performance.

- Provide advice and high quality consultancy services that are responsive to business needs and balance Branch objectives with organisational priorities.

- Undertake research and analysis to inform the development of a range of contemporary, innovative, and fit for purpose learning solutions and approaches that meet individual and organisational needs. - Who we are looking for

- To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven ability to design, deliver, implement, and evaluate learning and development solutions.

- Demonstrated ability to provide advice to managers and employees in relation to learning and development initiatives.

- Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills and experience in building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - How to apply
