Your principal duties and tasks will be to :

- Translate requirements from business analysts and stakeholders into working features across TPH's React.js, Node.js and NextJS stack, building and updating code in line with the team's established standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
- Keep build notes, API references and release documentation current so the wider team and support staff can pick up and support what you've built.
- Stay across emerging development technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to improve TPH's products and engineering processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, designers and other developers across cross-functional projects.
- Provide advice and guidance to the Head of Engineering on architectural implementation options and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and support other developers within the technology team.
- All other duties related to the position of Full Stack Developer.




- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or at least 5 years of relevant industry experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Demonstrated recent, hands-on experience with modern web development frameworks and languages, including React.js, Node.js, NextJS, TypeScript and cloud services such as AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3).
- Experience with serverless architecture, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience conducting code reviews and mentoring or supporting junior developers.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A pragmatic, motivated approach with a proven track record of delivering outcomes in a rapid-paced, multi-project environment.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
