Full-Time Registered Nurse (Turkish Speaking) - Aged Care & NDIS

Step by Step Disability Services is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Full-Time Registered Nurse who is fluent in Turkish and English to join our growing team supporting clients within the Aged Care and NDIS sectors .

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct nursing assessments and clinical reviews
- Develop, implement, and monitor care plans
- Medication management and clinical oversight
- Support clients with chronic conditions, disabilities, and complex care needs
- Liaise with GPs, hospitals, allied health professionals, and families
- Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical documentation
- Monitor participant health, wellbeing, and risk factors
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Aged Care requirements
- Provide guidance and support to care staff when required

Essential Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Fluent in Turkish and English




- Previous experience in Aged Care and/or NDIS
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong understanding of person-centred care and cultural sensitivity
