Springboard in Ballarat is seeking a Quality Coordinator on a max-term parental leave cover contract. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will implement and maintain the site's Food Safety and Quality Management System, collaborating with operations to embed solid quality practices.
You'll lead HACCP and related programs, coordinate internal GMP audits, manage customer complaints, allergen controls, and support certification standards such as BRCGS/SQF.
