Casual position classified under the SCHADS Award, Social and Community Services (SACS) Level 2, Pay Points 1-2 subject to final classification based on duties and experience.

Key responsibilities

Personal care and daily living assistance

Transfers and mobility support

Continence support

Community access and appointments

Meal preparation

Light household duties

Medication prompting/support within scope

Following participant support plans and established routines

Completing accurate daily support notes, participant records, handover documentation and other required compliance forms as part of each shift

About you

Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance





First Aid and CPR

NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Manual handling training

Infection prevention and control training

Medication management training relevant to the role

Reliable and suitable transport

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Available across a mix of day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts
