About the Role
We are looking for reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our team. This role involves operating production machinery, performing general manufacturing duties, and assisting with warehouse operations, pick packing, and material handling as required.
Candidates with a current forklift (LF) or LO (Order Picker) licence and previous experience in machine operation, production, or warehousing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
*
Set up machines and adjust settings according to production requirements and procedures.
*
Feed raw materials into machinery and remove finished products from production lines.
*
Perform general production, assembly, packing, labelling, and sorting duties.
*
Pick and pack orders accurately and prepare products for dispatch.
*
Operate forklifts or order pickers where required and authorised.
*
Move, load, and unload stock, raw materials, and finished products safely.
*
Assist with receiving, storing, and organising warehouse stock.
*
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
*
Follow workplace health and safety procedures and meet daily production targets.
Skills and Requirements
*
Previous experience in machine operation, production, manufacturing, or warehousing is highly regarded.
*
Current forklift (LF) or LO (Order Picker)
