• Strong project delivery fundamentals (planning, governance, documentation, reporting cadence)
• Experience in infrastructure / utilities / energy transition environments (helpful but not always essential)
• Stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate across technical SMEs
• Comfort working in structured governance and rapid-moving, multi-stream programs
