Key Responsibilities
/n /n
- Be the friendly first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support. /n
- Manage customer enquiries and service bookings and work closely with the Workshop Controller to ensure vehicles are completed and returned on time. /n
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process, including any changes to costs or completion times, in line with department KPIs. /n
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally, aiming for the best possible outcome every time. /n
- Deliver vehicles back to customers with clear explanations of the work completed and associated costs, helping build trust and long-term relationships. /n
- Complete all tasks in line with standard procedures and manufacturer warranty requirements. /n /n

Working Hours
/n Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm /n Saturday mornings: 7:30am to 12pm.



Paid at overtime rates on a rotating roster /n /n The right candidate will have: /n /n
- A passion for automotive and excellent customer service skills /n
- A valid NSW drivers licence (required) /n
- High level of communication skills, incorporating written and oral communication. /n
- Influencing and negotiation skills. /n
- Strong time management and organisational skills /n
