About the Role
s/n /n /n As an RN or PCW, you will play an important role in providing safe, high-quality and person-centred care, while supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life./n /n /n /n /n /n Registered Nurses –

Key Responsibilities
/n /n /n
- Deliver comprehensive clinical and person-centred nursing care /n
- Administer medications and monitor residents' health and wellbeing /n
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and care plans /n
- Conduct assessments and ongoing clinical reviews /n
- Work collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals, residents and families /n
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies /n /n /n Personal Care Workers –

Key Responsibilities
/n /n /n




- Provide personal care and support to residents with daily living activities /n
- Assist with mobility, nutrition, hydration and personal hygiene /n
- Support residents' dignity, independence and overall wellbeing /n
- Observe and report changes in residents' health and behaviour /n
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans /n
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team /n /n /n /n /n /n About You/n /n /n /n /n /n Registered Nurses/n /n /n /n /n /n To be successful, you will have:/n /n /n
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse /n
- Previous experience working in an Australian Residential Aged Care facility (clinical placements are not considered) /n
- Current CPR and First Aid certification /n
- Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months) /n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) /n
- Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required /n
- Current Influenza vaccination /n
- Valid Australian working rights /n
- 100 points of identification /n /n /n /n /n /n Personal Care Workers/n /n /n /n /n /n To be successful, you will have:/n /n /n
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support, Ageing Support, or a relevant equivalent qualification /n
- Previous experience working in Australian Residential Aged Care /n
- Current CPR and First Aid certification /n
- Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months) /n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) /n
- Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required /n
- Current Influenza vaccination /n
- Valid Australian working rights /n
