About The Opportunity/n The primary purpose of this position is to be the friendly first point of contact for the business, delivering a great customer experience while keeping the office running smoothly. /n As part of a small team, some of your responsibilities will include: /n /n
- Being the first point of contact for customers and visitors, by phone, email and in person /n
- Assisting the Customer Service Team to deliver a great client experience /n
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues and complaints with a proactive, solution-driven approach /n




- Maintaining accurate records and handling day-to-day administration using the MS Office Suite and internal systems /n
- Communicating clearly with customers and colleagues to keep things moving /n
- Supporting the wider office team across a variety of tasks as needed /n About You/n The successful candidate will have: /n /n
- A background in customer service in a similar role /n
- Solid problem solving skills and attention to detail /n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills /n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills /n
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly /n
