- Manage and grow relationships with key clients
- Lead a team to deliver projects and performance outcomes
- Coordinate day-to-day project and program delivery, including managing lead briefs, forms, and documentation
- Present clear, data-backed insights that guide decision-making
- Identify commercial opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Manage budgets, quoting, reconciliation, invoicing and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally and foster a high-performing team culture
- Maintain compliance with internal processes and WHS standards What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years’ experience within FMCG




- supplier sales, category or marketing experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of Grocery channel
- Proven experience in client and account management
- A strategic, commercial mindset with a flair for problem-solving
- Leadership capability
- you know how to coach, motivate and elevate a team
- Financial and data literacy
- you know your way around reports and insights
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Curiosity, initiative, and a drive for results
- Experience in sales strategy, store or field program management, or compliance/reporting frameworks will get bonus points
