Store Manager – Retail | Customer Experience | High-Value Transactions/n Wollongong | Full-Time /n /n Are you a confident retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, building solid customer relationships and taking genuine ownership of a store’s performance?/n /n We’re currently partnering with a well-established, customer-focused business to recruit a Store Manager for their top-performing store in Wollongong./n /n THE OPPORTUNITY/n /n As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of one of the business’s top-performing locations, leading a small team and ensuring the store continues to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong commercial results./n /n /n You’ll be responsible for:/n /n
• Leading, coaching and motivating a small, customer-focused team/n /n
• Driving sales, KPIs, conversion and overall store performance/n /n
• Building strong customer relationships and confidently explaining products and services/n /n
• Managing cash handling, reconciliation and day-to-day financial processes/n /n
• Ensuring operational, security and compliance procedures are consistently followed/n /n
• Managing opening and closing procedures and daily store operations/n /n
• Supporting rostering, training and performance management/n /n
• Identifying opportunities to further grow sales and improve store performance/n /n
• Maintaining the high standards expected of a top-performing location/n /n WHAT’S ON OFFER?/n /n
• Remuneration package $75,000 (inclusive of Super) + OTE up to $40k/n /n




• Monthly performance-based bonus scheme with potential to earn up to approximately $40,000 additional/n /n
• Choose your roster Five-day working week with options including Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday/n /n
