Chará on Oxford Street Bulimba is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the venue from opening, running service, rostering, standards and guest experience. This hands-on role means you'll be on the floor with allocated admin time, supported by the All The Valuable Things Group to keep you in service. You’ll coach the front-of-house team, manage labour and costs, and connect with the Bulimba community while upholding RSA, WHS and licensing requirements.
