/n /n Located in Hoppers Crossing, the Werribee and Western Automotive group is looking to for a trainee or inexperienced Service Advisor to join the team and grow within the industry. /n Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every guest receives professional, friendly, and effective service throughout their vehicle ownership journey. /n

About the Role
/n As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection. /n Your responsibilities will include: /n /n
- Providing outstanding customer service at every interaction. /n
- Scheduling customer vehicle bookings, drop-offs, and collections efficiently. /n
- Maintaining clear and effective communication between customers and the workshop team. /n
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries regarding vehicle servicing and repairs. /n
- Preparing accurate service documentation, processing invoices, and handling customer payments. /n
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering a consistently positive service experience. /n
- Working collaboratively with the Service team to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture. /n




- Demonstrating a willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the role. /n /n About You /n To be successful in this role, you will: /n /n
- Have previous experience in the industry or in a similar customer-facing role. /n
- Be reliable, well organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. /n
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. /n
