You’ll be on the floor, leading from the front, building customer relationships, closing high-value sales and driving your team to hit ambitious targets./n /n /n What’s in it for you?/n /n /n

- Drive store sales and consistently hit targets /n
- Personally lead from the floor and close sales /n
- Coach and motivate a small, high-performing team /n
- Build robust customer relationships and generate repeat business /n




- Own the customer journey from enquiry through to delivery /n
- Monitor KPIs, GP and overall store performance /n
- Oversee showroom presentation and day-to-day operations /n
- Take ownership of the store and its results /n What we’re looking for:/n /n You’re a proven furniture sales leader who loves the thrill of closing a deal. You’re commercially minded, confident with customers and comfortable leading a small team./n /n /n You’ll ideally bring:/n /n /n
- Previous furniture or premium retail experience /n
- Store Manager, Showroom Manager, Sales Manager or strong 2IC experience /n
- A proven personal sales track record /n
- Strong commercial and KPI understanding /n
- Experience leading small teams /n
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach /n
