Salary:
A$115,000.00–A$130,000.00 per year. Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for transformation projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, technology, and vendors to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Map current and future state processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support testing, training, and change management activities as required.
- Ensure all solutions meet compliance, operational, and customer experience objectives. Required Skills & Experience




- 5+ years’ Business Analyst experience in large-scale transformation programs.
- Telecommunications industry experience is essential.
- Strong experience with Siebel CRM (configuration knowledge is a plus).
- Proven track record in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills. Preferred
- Exposure to system integration projects in the telco sector.
