/n /n An award-winning commercial builder renowned for delivering premium hospitality, heritage restoration and workplace commercial fit-outs is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join their Melbourne CBD team./n /n /n /n Working alongside an experienced Project Director, Senior Project Manager, and Site Team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating documentation, subcontractors, and project administration to ensure smooth and efficient delivery./n /n /n With a robust pipeline of projects and a reputation for quality, innovation, and collaboration, this builder provides genuine opportunities for career progression and long-term development./n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n /n
- Assist the Project Manager with documentation, procurement, and scheduling /n
- Coordinate subcontractor communications and project administration /n
- Prepare and track project documentation, including RFI’s, variations, and site instructions /n
- Support progress reporting, budgets, and program updates /n
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and project delivery standards /n
- Liaise with consultants, clients,



and suppliers to support project outcomes /n Requirements for the Role/n /n
- 3 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator within the fit-out or commercial construction sector /n
- Strong organisational and communication skills /n
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities /n
- Experience with project software and documentation management /n
