About the Role
s/n /n /n As an RN or PCW, you will play an important role in providing safe, high-quality and person-centred care while supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life./n /n /n /n /n /n Registered Nurses –

Key Responsibilities
/n /n /n Deliver comprehensive clinical and person-centred nursing care/n /n /n Administer medications and monitor residents' health and wellbeing/n /n /n Complete accurate clinical documentation and care plans/n /n /n Conduct assessments and ongoing clinical reviews/n /n /n Work collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals, residents and families/n /n /n Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies/n /n /n /n /n /n Personal Care Workers –





Key Responsibilities
/n /n /n Provide personal care and support to residents with daily living activities/n /n /n Assist with mobility, nutrition, hydration and personal hygiene/n /n /n Support residents' dignity, independence and overall wellbeing/n /n /n Observe and report changes in residents' health and behaviour/n /n /n Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans/n /n /n Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team/n /n /n /n /n /n About You/n /n /n /n /n /n Registered Nurses/n /n /n To be successful, you will have:/n /n /n /n /n /n Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse/n /n /n Previous experience working in an Australian Residential Aged Care facility (clinical placements are not considered)/n /n /n Current CPR and First Aid certification/n /n /n Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)/n /n /n NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)/n /n /n Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required/n /n /n Current Influenza vaccination/n /n /n Valid Australian working rights/n /n /n 100 points of identification/n /n /n /n /n /n Personal Care Workers/n /n /n To be successful, you will have:/n /n /n Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support, Ageing Support, or a relevant equivalent qualification/n /n /n Previous experience working in Australian Residential Aged Care/n /n /n Current CPR and First Aid certification/n /n /n Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)/n /n /n NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)/n /n /n Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required/n /n /n Current Influenza vaccination/n /n /n Valid Australian working rights/n /n /n 100 points of identification/n /n /n /n /n /n Apply Today/n /n /n If you're passionate about providing exceptional care and want the flexibility to choose shifts that fit your lifestyle, we'd love to hear from you./n
