· Lead and embed a strong, people-first culture, building a team of engaged brand and product ambassadors /n




· Enable and develop high-performing teams who are customer-focused, people-driven, and results-oriented /n
· Champion customer excellence and operational performance through explicit direction and consistency /n
· Empower your Store Managers to achieve results through strategic planning and leadership /n
· Partner with Visual Merchandising to deliver cohesive and impactful store experiences across your region /n
