Store Manager | Fashion Accessories /n /n Wagga Wagga, NSW | Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday/n /n /n Are you a passionate retail leader who loves fashion, jewellery and creating memorable customer experiences? This is an exciting chance to lead a new store in Wagga Wagga and make your mark from day one/n /n About the Opportunity/n /n You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a new store, working autonomously while partnering with a Regional Manager to drive performance and establish a successful team./n /n /n
- Leading, coaching and developing a motivated retail team. /n
- Driving sales performance and KPIs, including average transaction value, basket size and add-on sales. /n
- Managing daily store operations, visual merchandising and stock presentation.
