About the role
/n /n We’re looking for a driven and people-first Retail Store Team Leader to take the lead at our exciting Morayfield store. /n /n To be successful for this role, you will: /n /n /n
- Oversee the operations of the Chermside Store, ensuring it meets and exceeds KPIs. /n
- Lead by example, performing device repairs and assisting customers to ensure top-tier service. /n
- Train, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve success. /n
- Collaborate with Area Manager and senior management to develop and implement sales and operational strategies. /n
- Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and take action to maximise outcomes. /n
- Be the go-to leader for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and driving excellence. /n /n /n This Role Suits Someone Who… /n /n

Experience:
Brings proven experience in retail, sales or team leadership, ideally a combination of both. /n
