Scott Logic is seeking a People Experience Advisor to provide practical, employee-focused support across the employee lifecycle. You will act as a first point of contact for managers and staff, advising on policies and processes and triaging routine relations matters for timely resolution. You will work with the People Experience team to triage cases, escalate high-risk issues, support onboarding, offboarding, perks coordination and policy development, and contribute to continuous improvement
