Store Manager – Retail | Customer Experience | /n Burwood | Full-Time /n /n Are you a confident retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, building strong customer relationships and taking genuine ownership of a store’s performance?/n /n We’re currently partnering with a well-established, customer-focused business to recruit a Store Manager for their top-performing store in Wollongong./n /n THE OPPORTUNITY/n /n As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations, leading a small team and ensuring the store continues to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong commercial results./n /n WHAT’S ON OFFER?/n /n
• Remuneration package $75,000 (inclusive of Super) + OTE up to $40k/n /n
• Monthly performance-based bonus scheme with potential to earn up to approximately $40,000 additional/n /n
• Choose your roster Five-day working week with options including Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday.
