Key Responsibilities: As a Pharmacy Assistant, your role will be pivotal in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will:
Greet and assist customers
with a friendly and helpful attitude, ensuring they find what they need.
Provide product knowledge
and expert advice to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
Handle sales
at the registers, including Pulse Rewards queries and processing transactions efficiently.
Maintain store presentation
to the highest standards, ensuring the store is tidy,
stocked, and visually appealing.
Ensure smooth customer flow
at the registers by acknowledging waiting customers and calling for assistance when needed.
Promote and maintain
our customer loyalty program to enhance customer retention.
Resolve customer concerns
professionally, referring to the manager as necessary.
