Working across

Lancemore Macedon Ranges

and

Cleveland Estate , you’ll be part of our kitchen teams delivering high-quality food experiences across weddings, conferences, corporate events, functions and dining operations. With the properties located only 10 minutes apart, you’ll have the opportunity to experience two different venues while remaining within the same local area. Key Responsibilities Include

Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard Supporting the team with service flow across restaurant and event operations Maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised work area Adapting to changing service demands and team needs What We’re Looking For

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)



is essential Experience in à la carte and/or banquet-style kitchens is highly regarded Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered) Work rights in Australia Why Join Us?
