Senior Recruitment Consultant | Allied Health and Occupational Rehabilitation | A growing rehab provider is on the lookout for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to take the reins of their key accounts. About the role This is a role that’s equal parts people and process. You’ll manage a portfolio of key customers, working closely with internal rehab teams to keep things running smooth.

Be the go-to for your assigned accounts – responsive, reliable, relationship-focused





Tailor support and solutions to suit each client's needs

Spot the opportunities to offer more – upsell, cross-sell, think outside the box

Work with internal teams (rehab consultants, OTs, EPs, counsellors) to deliver services without the hiccups

Listen to client feedback and use it – improve services, lift satisfaction, strengthen partnerships

Keep records tidy and useful – CRM, reporting, documentation

Help shape client retention strategies that actually work

What you'll need:

At least 3 years in a relationship management or account management role

Bonus points for experience in occupational rehab or allied health

Solid communication – written, spoken, and everything in between

A knack for building long‑term, meaningful client relationships

Confident with CRMs and comfortable analysing client data

A practical, problem‑solving mindset with a service‑first attitude
