Therole and you:

Greeting, interactingand attending to customer's requirements;

Preparing and servingalcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks;

Foodservice for the restaurant, bar and functions;





Rotatingand restocking bar with beer, wine, liquor and related suppliessuch as ice, glassware, napkins etc;

Assisting with unloadingstock delivery;

Preparingfridge/storeroom for stock;

Maintaining cashregister while receiving payments from customers;

Cashhandling and balancing;

Maintaining thecleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas.
