Most Gold Coast firms ask you to choose between the scale of a big practice and the feel of a close team. This one has managed to keep both. An established tax and advisory firm, and one of the larger and more respected names in the region, is looking for a Senior Manager to take a leadership position in its tax and advisory division. The Partners are down to earth, hands on and generous with their time, and the Senior Manager group works as a genuine team rather than a set of silos. The firm backs flexibility and wellbeing in practice, not just in policy, and is ready for a leader who wants real influence over how the division performs. BENEFITS AND PERKS:
