Field Service Technician - Short Term Project

This opportunity is suited to individuals with basic IT and networking skills who are comfortable working in a hands-on technical environment. About the Role

You will attend customer sites to assist with IT equipment installations, basic networking tasks and technical support as part of a scheduled project. The work will be conducted outside normal business hours and requires a practical approach to troubleshooting, attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures. Key Responsibilities





Assist with the installation and configuration of IT and networking equipment Perform basic hardware and network connectivity checks Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues Follow installation instructions and project procedures Maintain accurate job records and completion documentation Work collaboratively with other technicians to complete scheduled tasks What You'll Need

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and IT systems Understanding of IT networking and network connectivity Hands-on experience with IT equipment installations or troubleshooting Solid attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions Reliability, punctuality and good communication skills Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport Availability to work night shifts throughout the project Working Arrangements

This is a short-term casual position offering approximately

20 hours per week , with shifts scheduled during weekends, evenings and night-time hours. Hourly rates and applicable penalty rates will be discussed with suitable applicants.
