Job details Job Title: Female Senior Support Specialist Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Female Senior Support Specialist to work with clients with multiple diagnoses in an all-female home setting. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality support and care to clients in need, with a strong understanding of Autism and ADHD in adults and children, knowledge of trauma-informed care, and a outstanding understanding of mental health. • Strong understanding of Autism and ADHD in adults and children
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care
• Understanding of mental health issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality support and care to clients with multiple diagnoses
• Develop individualised support plans for each client




• Assist clients with daily living activities as needed
• Monitor client progress and report any concerns to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Disability Support Worker or similar role
• Certificate III or IV in Mental Health 0r Disability Services
• Current First Aid certificate
• Mental Health first aid certificate
