Working closely with senior leadership, this role is responsible for building a data‑driven, forward-thinking workforce planning function, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time, while driving efficiency, compliance, and service continuity.What you’ll do- Lead workforce planning strategy, frameworks, and governance- Oversee roster integrity and labour utilisation across multiple sites- Drive a shift from reactive rostering to forecast‑led workforce planning- Provide insights and reporting on labour costs, utilisation, and workforce trends- Optimise casual workforce models and reduce agency reliance- Deliver workforce forecasting aligned to demand, growth, and seasonal peaks- Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic workforce advice- Build capability across teams in rostering, compliance, and planningWhat you’ll bring- Extensive experience in workforce planning, rostering,
