Job Description This approach to market seeks to engage multiple Business Analyst resources for various roles within the Enterprise Platforms Branch and CapSTAR Program.
These resources will provide specialised technical expertise and dedicated delivery capacity necessary to reduce project risk, accelerate delivery, and ensure alignment with departmental technology standards and architecture.

Cyber Security projects ICT Fit Out Requirements Key duties and responsibilities The Senior Business Analyst will undertake detailed analysis of existing business processes, operational workflows, system functionality, and legacy application behaviour.
This includes facilitating stakeholder workshops, eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements, mapping current and future state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting prioritisation of delivery outcomes.
A key component of the role will be the reverse engineering of legacy applications, business processes and system functionality where documentation is limited or no longer current.
The resource will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, and project delivery personnel to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into solution designs and implementation plans.
The engagement will support the successful transition from legacy applications and technologies to a modern, secure, and supportable environment by ensuring business requirements, operational needs, and compliance obligations are clearly understood, documented,



and maintained throughout project delivery.
This will reduce delivery risk and support continuity of critical revenue processing functions during the modernisation program.
Requirements Key duties and responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Storage Engineer who has experience working in large complex ICT environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, managing and tuning the department's storage systems at physical and virtual layers.
The Senior Storage Engineer will also be responsible to deploy, configure and manage Storage Area Network Switches as required.
The successful candidate should have knowledge of current and emerging technologies to shape the future direction of the department's storage and data platforms.
The role requires producing design documents, build documents, operations document, handover and sharing of knowledge with other team members and mentoring junior team members.
Essential criteria 1. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the design, administration, tuning and troubleshooting of one or more of the following storage systems: • HPE 3PAR, Primera, Alletra Storage Systems • Net App E-Series • Dell Data Domain • Brocade Fabric Switches • SANnav • Scality Artesca 2. Ability to produce design, build and operations documents for processes and procedures.
3. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills to work with skilled technical people, including making presentations to staff and stakeholders and coaching staff.
4. Experience / Knowledge of following technology: • Veeam Backup and Replication
