The OpportunityAs an Independent Leadership & Self-Development Consultant, you will help engage and support professionals, entrepreneurs and leaders who are seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth. You will work remotely, determine your own working schedule and develop your activities independently, with access to agreed business resources and development opportunities. Key Responsibilities
• Build skilled relationships with prospective clients and understand their leadership and self-development interests.

• Conduct introductory conversations and interviews with prospective clients, as appropriate.

• Work collaboratively with other independent professionals while maintaining responsibility for your own consultancy activities. Skills and ExperienceWe would particularly welcome applications from professionals who demonstrate:

• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.

• Independent Consultancy and CompensationThis is a self-employed, independent contractor opportunity, not a salaried employment position. Compensation is performance-based and derived from an agreed share of profits generated through eligible sales, in accordance with the applicable consultancy agreement. Income depends on sales performance and the agreed compensation structure. Applicants should be comfortable with the commercial responsibilities and financial variability associated with independent consultancy.
