Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics, Medicine, Nursing, or another relevant health science discipline. Spa Management, Hospitality, Fitness, or Yoga qualifications alone are not sufficient.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a medical wellness center, health optimization clinic, preventive health facility,



or specialized wellness retreat.
* Solid knowledge of clinical nutrition, obesity and metabolic health, insulin resistance, therapeutic lifestyle interventions, and evidence-based wellness practices.
* Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, clinical nutritionists, and wellness practitioners.
* Ability to oversee personalized guest programs, health assessments, progress monitoring, safety protocols, and guest experience.
* Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
