Caudalie is seeking a part-time Sales & Education Contractor, operating as an independent sole trader, across Sephora stores. This energetic, hands-on role combines retail sales excellence, education, and premium brand representation. As a Caudalie ambassador, you will drive in-store performance while elevating the product knowledge and engagement of Sephora team members.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Performance
• Drive strong retail results across flagship Sephora locations.
• Proactively engage customers and deliver personalised skincare consultations.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Training & Education
• Deliver engaging and informative product training sessions to Sephora staff.
• Build team confidence in recommending Caudalie products.
• Ensure accurate, consistent brand messaging across all interactions. Brand Representation
• Maintain premium visual merchandising and display standards.
• Champion Caudalie’s commitment to sustainability, efficacy, and luxury.
• Create elevated and memorable in-store customer experiences. Relationship Building




• Develop strong relationships with Sephora store teams and management.
• Act as the primary point of contact between Caudalie and retail partners.
• Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing in-store environment. Operations
• Manage stock levels, testers, and merchandising materials.
• Ensure all displays are well-maintained, organised, and fully stocked.
• Provide regular reporting and feedback on sales performance, training activity, and store insights. Ideal Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in retail sales and/or beauty training.
• Strong sales-driven mindset with a record of achieving targets.
• Confident, outgoing, and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.
• Highly organised with excellent time-management abilities.
