We’re looking for an experienced, hardworking Concreter to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll manufacture concrete culverts for use on our own sites and undertake formwork, concrete placement and finishing for large-scale industrial projects. You’ll bring a practical approach, a strong commitment to safety and pride in the quality of your work.

Desired skills and experience

- Proven experience in concreting, ideally within commercial or industrial construction.

- Strong formwork skills, including setting out, constructing and stripping forms and moulds.

- Practical experience in preparing for concrete pours, placing reinforcement, pouring, compacting, screeding and finishing concrete.





- The ability to read and interpret drawings and work accurately to specified dimensions and levels.

- Experience in manufacturing concrete culverts or other precast concrete products will be highly regarded.

- A strong commitment to safe work practices, correct use of tools and equipment, and maintaining clean and organised work areas.

- A reliable, hardworking approach and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.

- The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions and communicate clearly as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, quality workmanship.
