Due to an internal move, AECOM's Water business is seeking an engaging and collaborative Digital Director to help shape the future of our Australia and Current Zealand water digital offering.

Reporting to the ANZ Water Managing Director and partnering closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll play a strategic role in driving digital and AI innovation, influencing business decisions, and building the capabilities needed to solve some of the industry's most complex challenges.

This is a unique opportunity to expand your influence beyond individual projects, work alongside leaders locally and globally, and help define how AECOM's Water business evolves, grows and delivers value to clients through applied technologies. You'll combine strategic thinking with practical action, enabling smarter ways of working, developing future talent, and positioning AECOM at the forefront of digital transformation in the water sector.
