There's more to a great Physiotherapy career than the clients you treat.
It's the people you work alongside, the support you receive, the flexibility you have and the opportunities to keep developing as a clinician.
At Healthcore, we've worked hard to get that balance right.
We're looking for new graduate and experienced Physiotherapists to join our established South Australian team. Whether you're starting your career or looking for a change, we'd love to show you what working with us could look like. You'll join an experienced Physiotherapy team, supported by our Clinical Manager, Physiotherapy, Clinical Lead and broader Clinical Leadership Team, with regular supervision, mentoring and opportunities to support your professional development.
Why Join Healthcore?
- Experienced clinical support and mentoring – Regular supervision and guidance from experienced Physiotherapists, tailored to your experience and career goals.
- A caseload that suits you – Enjoy the variety of community-based Physiotherapy, with caseloads developed around your clinical interests, experience and professional goals wherever possible.
- Genuine flexibility and work-life balance – Permanent full-time or part-time roles, combining community appointments, working from home and access to our Wayville office. We also consider your location when allocating clients, wherever possible, to minimise unnecessary travel.
- An established, supportive team – Work alongside experienced Physiotherapists and a cooperative multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Dietitians.
- Dedicated administrative support – Our Administration and Intake Team manage appointment bookings, scheduling and client enquiries, so you can focus on your clinical work.
- Competitive remuneration – $75,000 – $110,000 + superannuation (full-time equivalent), depending on experience.
- Professional development and wellbeing – Up to $1,000 annually towards external professional development, career development opportunities, access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and technology to support flexible working. Salary and PD allowance are pro rata for part-time employees.
- Technology to support your work – A work laptop and access to the technology and systems you need to work efficiently, whether you're visiting clients, working from home or at our Wayville office.
