We are currently recruiting experienced Workforce Planning and Workforce Data professionals for two senior opportunities with a large Federal Government agency.

Opportunities are available at both EL1 and EL2 equivalent levels, with a 12-month contract, potential extension and an ASAP commencement subject to pre-employment requirements.

These roles will contribute to the development of a strong enterprise workforce planning capability, using workforce, financial and operational information to support strategic planning and evidence-based decision-making.

The Opportunities

EL1 Workforce Data Analyst
A hands-on analytical position responsible for collecting, validating and analysing workforce, financial and operational data. You will develop reporting and visualisations, identify workforce trends and pressures, investigate data quality issues and support workforce forecasting and scenario modelling.

We are looking for experience across:

- Workforce analytics and reporting
- Data cleansing, validation and reconciliation
- Workforce and financial data analysis
- Data visualisation and trend analysis
- Scenario modelling and management of assumptions
- Development of repeatable analytical and reporting products

EL2 Senior Enterprise Workforce Planning Specialist
A strategic position responsible for leading enterprise workforce planning methodologies, integrating workforce and financial information and developing workforce scenarios to support senior decision-makers. You will provide executive-level advice, develop workforce planning frameworks and governance, and engage with stakeholders across a large and complex organisation.





We are particularly interested in experience across:

- Enterprise and strategic workforce planning
- Workforce strategy and workforce demand/supply analysis
- Scenario modelling and forecasting
- Workforce and financial data interpretation
- Executive reporting and briefing
- Workforce planning frameworks, methodologies and governance
- Senior stakeholder engagement and influencing

About You

Depending on the level, you will bring strong experience in workforce planning, workforce analytics, data analysis, forecasting or strategic workforce management.

Experience within large and complex organisations, particularly government or the public sector, will be highly regarded. Experience integrating workforce, finance and operational datasets, preparing executive briefings, or undertaking budget-related workforce analysis would also be advantageous.

Relevant tertiary qualifications across workforce planning, HR, data analytics, statistics, economics, finance, business or related disciplines are desirable.
